  3.              Practical Applications of the Chaossphere,

  8. The Chaossphere is the prime working tool of Chaos magicians and the
  9. Magical Pact of the Illuminates of Thanateros (IOT). The physical
  10. Chaossphere has a vast range of applications of which a few shall be
  11. briefly delineated here:
  12.  
  13.                 Meditation employing the Chaossphere:
  14.  
  15. 1, The Chaossphere is a symbol of the primeval Big Bang, it maybe
  16. considered as a "frozen explosion" or even as "frozen information".
  17. Regard the Chaossphere in a relaxed state, using the 180* stare if
  18. you prefer. After a while shut your eyes and meditate on the
  19. creative powers of Chaos. Chaos is not disorder let alone entropy
  20. but rather the sum total of all possibillities incumbent in
  21. existence and the unmanifest as a whole. In this manner you will
  22. open the doors to the magickal multiversum for yourself.

  24. 2, Proceed as described above simultaneously meditating on
  25. Nietzsches Zarathustra admonition:
  26.  
  27. "I say unto you: a man must have chaos yet within him to be able to
  28. give birth to a dancing star. I say unto you: ye have chaos yet
  29. within you."
  30.  
  31. You can have this statement read aloud to you by a partner or friend
  32. during your meditation (or use a cassette recording). Experience
  33. shows that this will greatly enhance the effect described above
  34. under item number 1.
  35.  
  36.               Sigil charging employing the Chaossphere:
  37.  
  38. In lieu of other charging techniques you can project the magickal
  39. sigil activation into the Chaossphere; banishing (preferably by
  40. laughter) should follow immediately. Afterwards aim to forget the
  41. whole magickal operation as thoroughly as possible to avoid
  42. interference with the sigil`s operation by the unwanted rise of
  43. consciousness of said operation/sigil and resultant inhibiting
  44. psychic censor activity.
  45.  
  46.               Drawing energy employing the Chaossphere:
  47.  
  48. To be performed preferably after a meditation with the Chaossphere
  49. (see above); regard the Chaossphere in a very intensive manner for
  50. a while and stretch your palms in its direction. Now close your eyes
  51. fully or halfway and suck in the powers of Chaos through your palms
  52. while inhaling; exhaling, distribute the energies all over your body
  53. or store them in the Hara centre (appr. three fingers` width below
  54. the navel). You will probably experience these energies as a warm or
  55. cool current, possibly as a slightly tingling sensation.
  56.  
  57.                 Telepathy employing the Chaossphere:
  58.  
  59. During a partner experiment participants concentrate on the
  60. Chaossphere (can also be performed with different participants
  61. working on different locations); observe in a very relaxed state
  62. messages, information and/or images rising from the unconscious.
  63. Advanced magicians will find that this experiment can be performed
  64. successfully via great distances even without participants
  65. practising simultaneously. For Chaos (= pure information) is not
  66. restricted by space and time.
  67.  
  68. Astral projection and lucid dreaming employing the Chaossphere:
  69.  
  70. 1, Using the 180* stare regard the Chaossphere until you experience
  71. a strong suction emerging from the sphere and pulling at your
  72. "psychic entrails". This can frequently even be felt as a strong
  73. physical sensation. Give way to this suction and let your astral
  74. body emerge gradually. In the beginning this should be practised
  75. partially, ie. the astral body portion extracted increasing with
  76. every subsequent attempt. Thus, you may for example only project
  77. half an arm the first time, the full at the next go etc. Finally the
  78. astral body should emerge totally. Be aware that astral projection
  79. may demand weeks` or months` dedicated practice to succeed,
  80. depending on personal talent and inhibitions. Incidentally, the same
  81. technique may be used to extract the magickal doppelganger, personal
  82. daemons etc.
  83.  
  84. 2, Immediately before dropping off to sleep visualize the
  85. Chaossphere as accurately as possible and continue as described
  86. above. This will induce either stronger astral projection or lucid
  87. dreaming or both. This has proved to be an extremely powerful
  88. exercise, but it is strongly suggested that you attempt it only
  89. after having acquired a thorough working knowledge with the variaant
  90. described above under item 1. (If you start off with mental working
  91. chances are that you will very soon become severely sloppy without
  92. even being aware of the fact; this may in turn inhibit control of
  93. magickal powers and could lead to obsession.) You may also want to
  94. wake yourself up at 4 a.m. and give this exercise a try for a few
  95. minutes before dropping off to sleep again. Take care to note your
  96. dreams next thing in the morning, do not - repeat: DO NOT! - rely on
  97. your memory alone.

  99.    Activating psychogones/chaoservitors employing the Chaossphere:
  100.  
  101. Use the Chaossphere as a "base camp" and "home" for
  102. psychogones/chaoservitors and/or as a form of "launching pad". In
  103. case of the former the Chaossphere presents itself as a high class
  104. power receptacle and storage battery from which you can extract your
  105. psychogones/chaoservitors into the Chaossphere as you would with
  106. sigils to be activated; thus, the Chaossphere will become a gate to
  107. the Sphere of Chaos for your magickal entities in which (and from
  108. which) they will become active in accord with your bidding.
  109.  
  110.            Charging magical objects employing Chaossphere:
  111.  
  112. Magical objects such as talismans, amulets, fetishes etc. can be
  113. charged with the aid of the Chaossphere by fastening them to the
  114. sphere or its tip during a ritual, placing them under it etc. while
  115. directing the energies of Chaos into the objects in question.
  116.  
  117.           Combat magic training employing the Chaossphere:
  118.  
  119. During combat magical training the Chaossphere is particularly
  120. suited as a power storage battery out of which the magician draws
  121. Magis or Mana. It is furthermore used as a combat target while
  122. practising the kiai or other battle cries and martial arts Chi
  123. techniques. In the same manner, magickal energy bolts, curses, words
  124. of powers and strong affections are hurled emphatically into the
  125. Chaossphere where they may be stored for further use.

  127.                       Charging the Chaossphere:
  128.  
  129. Experience has shown that the Chaossphere does not demand a special
  130. charging by ritual etc. Rather, the charging takes place alone by
  131. its practical application. Should you desire to incorporate magickal
  132. "condensator" fluids or solids (eg. as used for charging magickal
  133. mirrors) this can easily be achieved by unscrewing the tips and
  134. replacing them after filling in the condensator.
